Easter Weekend

Celebrate Easter with us at The Duke William as we celebrate spring with our new 7 day opening hours, where we’ve got a weekend packed with great food, live music, and activities to keep the little ones entertained.

On Good Friday, enjoy live music with Trevor Giles between 7-9pm to kick off your Easter weekend in style.

Easter Saturday, we’ll have an Easter Egg Hunt, an opportunity to design your own Easter Egg, and garden games (weather permitting). Plus, don’t miss the launch of our Afternoon Tea offering between 12-4pm.

Easter Sunday brings another fabulous day of Easter Egg Hunts and the chance to design your own Easter Egg, with garden games (weather permitting). Our Sunday spring menu features a delicious New Season Lamb Roast, and the bar will be open until 9:30pm.

Easter Bank Holiday Monday, enjoy our new spring menu and the New Season Lamb Roast. The garden and kids’ playground will also be open for family fun.

A quintessentially English pub in the idyllic village of Ickham, near Canterbury. The Duke is opposite a truly stunning Church and is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception.

The Terrace & garden

Our beautiful south facing terrace and garden can be hired for any of our Summer Garden Party Menus, complete with its own outside bar and booth seating.

The olive tree

Our stunning central table in the middle of the terrace, centred around an Olive Tree This table can be reserved for outside dining and drinking for up to 20 people, weather dependent.

The Conservatory

Bright and airy with lovely views out over the pub garden and the farming fields beyond, this is a great space for afternoon tea or one of our feast menus for up to 20 people.

Private use of The Conservatory and Terrace will be priced on a minimum spend basis dependent on the day of the week and time of year.

The Den

A cosy room set away from the hustle and bustle of the main bar and the perfect spot for a large table booking of up to 30 people.
